Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery from our warehouse to your door.

Most orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping speed

Occasionally, GuardX may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, GuardX accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • has not been used

  • is in its original packaging

  • remains in resalable condition

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will quickly work to resolve the issue by providing either:

  • a replacement product, or

  • a full refund.

In some cases, we may request photos of the damaged packaging or product to assist with the claim process.
